|Comments, Highlights, Stories||Tommy Stradthagen played with Buddy Decker and Hughie Burns in The Accents, in the early sixties. Strand and the Upper Hand were a high-energy R&B band, well known throughout South Florida, performing mainly in the Dade/Broward area. They also performed on ABC’s, “The Joey Bishop Show”.|
